"I'm a daughter, wife, mother to two amazing children (one with special needs), and doctor (coming from the latin docere, meaning to teach).  To me, these are not separate experiences, they are all a piece of who I am in my practice of medicine.  Therefore my relationship with my patients is a very personal one.  I make a pact with each and every one. We take a journey together on their path towards health. I promise to be there every step of the journey, but the level of commitment on an individual's part will help determine the progress."
